The Center of Excellence (COE) in Disaster Management  and Humanitarian Assistance, the Army of Sri Lanka , and the United  Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations (UNDPKO), will co-sponsor a  seminar dealing with “ Establishing and Optimizing National/Regional Peace  Support Operations Centers ”. Participants will be drawn from  identified nations’ military, government, civilian police, and International /  Non-Governmental (IO / NGO) Organizations. This is a 4 ½-day event, running  from Monday to noon on Friday.
