Pooja Sood-Payeur
Medical Program Specialist

Pooja Sood-Payeur joined the Center of Excellence in June 2006 as part of the medical unit team. Prior to joining COE Pooja worked in various capacities at the World Bank, Washington D.C., serving as a managing editor for a knowledge management portal, the Development Gateway, and working with the east Asia infrastructure unit on the post tsunami reconstruction in Aceh, Indonesia.
 
Pooja received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service, in International Economics with a minor in Asian studies in 2002 and she went on to complete her graduate degree at Tufts University, The Fletcher School, in International Relations with a focus on Development Economics and Business and Emerging Markets in 2005.
