Judith Maurer
Comptroller

Judith Maurer joined the Center of Excellence in April of 2001 fulfilling the role of Comptroller. As the Comptroller she is serving as the senior management executive on all planning, programming and budget and accounting related issues for the organization. Judith is responsible for the oversight of contract performance and compliance with the terms and conditions of all contractual arrangements. In addition, Judith works with other organizations to form partnerships and alliances to meet and enhance COE current and unforeseen mission and program financial requirements.

Judith has worked with the Federal Government for 14 years, working as a Financial Analyst and a Budget and Accounting Analyst. She has performed budget, accounting and auditing functions for 10 years in Hawaii with a 2-year assignment in Rota, Spain.
