Elizabeth Aplaca
Budget and Account Analyst

Elizabeth Aplaca joined the Center of Excellence in April of 2002 as the COE Procurement Facilitator. As the Procurement Facilitator, she manages contracting and procurement requirements for the COE. She works closely with Contracting Officers on all contractual requirements, modification requests, contract renewals and other "Procurement Type" services and serves as the COTR for finance and administration on COE's Prime Service contract.
