This CD-ROM was developed for the participants of the International Peacekeeping Operations Seminar held in Manila, The Republic of the Philippines from September 22 - 26, 2003.

Throughout the week, participants representing 21 countries examined multiple issues related to this complex topic, and while a great deal of learning was achieved, this CD-ROM allows particants to extend the learning that began in Manila. It is hoped that you will find the contents of this resource disk to be an invaluable tool for a deeper understanding of this most timely issue.
