This CD-ROM was produced to provide attendees with a viable means to review the many materials that were presented during the Asia-Pacific Enhanced Peace Operations Seminar, Requirements Based Training and Education for Peace Support Operations in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
As is clear from the links above, the user of this CD-ROM is only a click away from reviewing the agenda, welcoming remarks, biographies, seminar book, plenary briefings, discussion topics, reading and reference materials, contact information on fellow attendees, as well as photos from the seminar.

Browser Issues
Browsers such as Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator do not necessarily behave in exactly the same way. Moreover, the capabilities of browsers depend to some degree on the version of the browser. In order to take advantage of the "new pop up window" feature, you must have a browser of a fairly recent version.
