The Asia Pacific Peacekeeping Seminar Game, conducted under the auspices of the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations, was held at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 16 to 21 April 2001. The event was co-sponsored by the Government of Malaysia and United States Pacific Command. The purpose of the seminar game was to develop multilateral, multifunctional, operation-level peace operations skills and to gain insight into capacity building and training requirements in the Asia-Pacific Region.
