The Peace Operations Special Issues and Lessons Learned Seminar provided a venue for eighteen nations to discuss in detail how to improve future peacekeeping. From September 11 - 18 2002, the Center of Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance sponsored seminar-game in Honolulu, Hawaii.
